Generally I think the service is excellent. My only reservation is occasional lapse in info to patients. I.e. on last visit there was a Russian dr observer in the consultation, but I only learned this when I asked him who he was when consultant and nurse

It is a great consolation to know that one is able to get an appointment to see one's consultant 14 {} need - all staff are very kind and approachable and helpful.
Maybe more staff need to be involved.

There is nothing to be done to improve this hospital because not only is the medical care the best but they inspire confidence before, during and after the operation.
