It's the quality of the staff we've met - the specialists - vascular specialists, transplant surgeons, renal consultants and the infectious diseases ward (NHS). The Sainsbury Wing nursing was also very good - most especially Natalie.

It wasn’t me, but my daughter who felt she would have like to have had more information about the after affects of the surgery. However, perhaps as only a number of patients have had this type of operation, they may not know yet the after affects.

Staff at the hospital were dedicated and gave the best service. Can't faulted. Proud of our NHS.

The doctors and hospital staff were all great! I felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately the main lift was broken for the entire time. With only 1 workout lift it took longer than usual to get from one floor to another.

the waiting room was clean bright and comfortable. The ladies toilet was too hot.... like a sauna.... maybe save some money and turn down the heating.

Although old, Hammersmith Hospital is busy and works great as an NHS hospital - best thing about it was the excellent staff care, especially on the cardiac ward where I recovered from my ablation. Thank you to sister Carol and Denise for being so kind, and to Dr Lim for his care and attention during the ablation procedure.
