Staff in A&E and orthopaedics were amazing when brother was admitted following a very bad broken elbow two weeks ago.
Outpatient experience at fracture clinic leaves a lot to be desired. No appointment sent - had to chase ourselves to find we'd actually missed it. No communication between departments, staff not realising X-rays hadn't been done but trying to make decisions about care without up to date information. Very damaging to confidence for someone not getting sick pay and needs to return to work as soon as they can.
