I attend the Urology centre where I have received wonderful care for the last 16 years. I feel involved in my treatment. I understand that treatment options decisions are reached by the whole team before my appointments at the clinic. I feel able to ask any questions & someone will get me an answer. I feel cared for, which is very special in such a large hospital. I am treated as an individual.

I have attended Guys twice before for breast cancer treatments. I have the highest regard for the hospital and the staff and so chose Guys for my proposed hip replacement operation. I have had a similar, very positive experience.

The care that I received in the women's orthopaedic ward in Guy's hospital after my recent knee replacement surgery was excellent. All the staff were extremely caring, helpful, and hardworking. In particular the sister/nurse in charge, Louise, was outstanding and led by example. The level of cleanliness was high and the food was good. I am very grateful for the care I received there.

2015 and 2016 have been traumatic for me in having a kidney and two massive tumours removed by Urology and then in 2016 a full hip replacement by Orthopaedic. Throughout this time I could not have been in safer or more caring hands, which continues post op in both instances. In my experience, Guys is a monument to our NHS, in spite of having to deal with a political system that simply doesn't care about this magnificent service or the millions who continue to benefit from it. Parliament should experience the services of Guys first hand, something that I am sure would immediately reverse their current negative thinking. Well done to all of the staff of Guys and all other bastions of our wonderful Health Service.

Loyds Sexual health clinic is nonsense the wait is so long for no reason. They tell you to go and come back . When you receive a text to come back it means nothing. You come back and are still waiting for another hour or two. They constantly tell you there's one person in front of you. But you see like 10 people go infornt of you. There's no sense of urgency. One of the worst clinics.

I was treated in Guys for a total Left Hip replacement by Dr Zaimeer Shah in June 2016, my treatment by Mr Shah and his team was absolutely brilliant, the operation has changed my life and has allowed me to get around and do things that I have been unable to do for a few years. I would also like to mention Mr Shah medical secretary Wendy, at the time when i was waiting for my operation my son who is 31 was also being treated with cancer and Wendy was brilliant and understanding when on a few occasions i had to cancel an appointment. thank you to you all.
