The operation and staff were great. They could not do enough for you. It is getting to the process; the pre-assessment anaesthetist's assistant is a lucky dip. If you get the guy that has not got a clue, he will cancel your operation at the last minute 5 patients in the ward all got their original operation cancelled by the same guy who just makes things up so make sure you have it in writing
