I have been attending Rheumatology clinic, under the care of Dr Kirkham for past 8 years. This includes attending out-patients, on the 4th floor and the infusion suite on the ground floor; Bermondsey suite on a monthly basis.
Both are extremely busy departments, but the staff from the receptionists to clinical staff are so professional and do a great job under often stressful conditions.
The system from seeing pts. to having blood test is very slick and works.
