I spent three days in Queen’s Ward at Guy’s Hospital in September 2024 following my total hip replacement, and I can only say positive things about the experience. The staff were absolutely lovely — caring, helpful, and highly professional. I was even taken in a wheelchair to the hospital’s cinema to watch a movie, which was such a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names, but I would like to thank every single person working there for making my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you all for your hard work! You are making lives better every day, and you are truly amazing!
