All Nursing staff have been very helpful with me, explaining me in details the procedure. They have been very friendly and helpful with me.
Was fine
I was impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital, and the standard of care provided by the staff.
The finest hospital in the world.
Have been an inpatient in Guy's twice and an outpatient for follow up consultations. Very good experiences every time. Always called on time for outpatient appointments. Really well looked after when inpatient.
Avoid breast surgery unit the surgeons are overworked and there is no transparency about your treatment,
fantastic hospital and staff thank you for treating me like a person and not a number.
The hospital and its staff treated me well and are a credit to the hospital and the NHS. I only have one small issue. When I was immediately post op and in the recovery room, the nursing staff there worked diligently to bring my post-op pain under control. This they did with compassion and respect. Once the pain was under control I was returned to the ward. When the medication given to me in the recovery room ran out I was left in agonising pain all night and reduced to tears. The nursing staff on the ward did as much to reduce the pain level as was possible, and I would like to thank all of them for their efforts. They were unable to contact the duty doctor to write up a more powerful analgesic, so I spent an agonising night until proper pain relief was administered.
I don't blame any one member of the staff, just the system that puts a strain on the nurses and doctors who without doubt did their best for me that night.
Once that night was over, my treatment by the whole medical staff was exemplary and I thank them all.
I was well looked after during and after surgery keep up the great work
Excellent care
