Would not recommend. The specialists are not wiling to give you the help that you need, and I can't say that the receptionists are the friendliest either.

From the moment I started to go to this hospital for the first tests , I felt it was very easy to find my way around and where I was , the information given with locations and time , was excellent . On the moment of admission the day before the operation , for me been the first time in a hospital and worried of the upcoming operation , the welcoming staff , the friendly but professional and reassuring caring way they treated me was really good as it made me feel confident in my new surroundings . I would really like to thank and totally recommend all the staff at Florence Ward , for the care and dedication they showed , not just to me but to everyone there , as the 5 days I was hospitalized I realized the amount of non stop work this professional provided in the most welcoming and humanly way possible, thank you all .

Great care given by the nurses in Outpatients, Day Theatres and Recovery. Good communication Compassionate care Given in a timely manner Receptionist in Gynaecology Outpatients was polite and welcoming.

I had an colposcopy and I was quite nervoce but Dr.Nady was very informative and reassured me throughout the proces- thank you!

Every member of the hospital team who looked after me, my nurse and the rest of the team are all so caring and kind, I would highly recommend them.

The operation and staff were great. They could not do enough for you. It is getting to the process; the pre-assessment anaesthetist's assistant is a lucky dip. If you get the guy that has not got a clue, he will cancel your operation at the last minute 5 patients in the ward all got their original operation cancelled by the same guy who just makes things up so make sure you have it in writing good luck

The care I received was first rate. The nursing staff kept a watchful eye on me and treated me with compassion through my whole stay. The ward was kept impeccably clean and the catering was very good. It’s a large team that all worked together to get me back on my feet and I’m eternally grateful to each and every one of them.
