Carers are amazing, helpful, caring, sensitive, excellent with moving and handling. Offer good advice when requested. Also very efficient and empathetic. Staff on phone lines are also caring and empathetic and have wonderful listening skills.
Suggested improvements
when calling the hospice for assistance 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm on 2 occasions nobody answered the phone for over 30 minutes. I thought night line was 24 hrs - provide better understanding of how night calls and staff run this
