Everybody was nice, lovely, kind and helpful. Made me feel welcome, everyone spoke to us. Gets me out of the bungalow and meeting people. Enjoyed the activity

The day care staff are fabulous and empathetic, gentle and friendly, and provide a brilliant service and care

After 9 pm the care and service provided is less personable and I was made to feel awkward asking for help to change and reposition my mother

Honestly, its been great up to this point, the carers and nurses have exceeded expectations of compassionate care and understanding, patience and absolute professionalism. Really pleased and thankful for the support provided
