Lisa and Tracey visited my husband and I after he had been discharged from the hospital following a referral from a palliative nurse. We received a lot of good advice from Lisa and Tracey, who had just started as a social worker in your organisation, offered to help us with applications for Blue Badge and AA. Following her help we received the Blue Badge and the top rate of Attendance Allowance within a couple of weeks
