My experience with the physiotherapist has been the most positive in NHS over the last 12 years. I have felt that she listens, understands and recommends options that really work. I have always felt that there is time to work on my issues and results have been successful

Palliative care is excellent but the support services let us down. Waited two days for prescriptions while in pain and up to 4 hours for nurse callouts
