I am completing this for my husband who is being cared for at home. Since being referred to Greenwich and Bexley Hospice at Home it has considerably eased the burden of caring for him at home where he wishes to be. The support we have received has been amazing, no one can understand unless they have been in our situation what it means to know that picking up the telephone and making a call can give such peace of mind from lovely professionals.
Suggested improvements
I can't think of anyway you could better the service we receive.
