I just received a call out of blue 9 months after my Brother had died, so was a bit surprised. I do understand that people can need support long after and it was a nice touch.

We are sorry if you weren't expecting us to be in touch; we do usually let families know that we will call in the future, though we understand that there can be a lot to take in.
