Attended with abdo pain, sent straight through to majors , could not fault nurses doctors of consultant at any time, excellent bedside manners, very caring , moved to cdu again great care. Had to go back cdu following day for scan, something I did observe was the amazing hca who was on duty, her care, compassion and knowledge was second to none, the male staff nurse on duty with her needs to take a leaf out of her book on how to run a ward, he could learn a lot!

My son was recently treated for 3 weeks on ITU at Good Hospital following a major heart attack with brain damage. He had the most excellent professional care. The doctors and nurses were all devoted to his best outcome, were attentive to his every need and compassionate and caring towards the family informing us of every step and intervention. We are all so grateful. Thank you.

Treated well, respectfully and had everything clearly explained throughout the procedures. Explained what was happening throughout and treated with compassion and cheerfulness.

Nurses in gynaecology ward 2 Fothergill Block that looked after me recently were very caring, attentive, friendly, kind and very helpful. Nurses to mention are Cristina and Klara.

I attended Good Hope Hospital on 2nd March for and was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. As expected, the procedure was not pleasant, but Mr Raju and attendant staff kept me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had a hysteroscopy procedure today performed by Mr Cartmill. He was so kind and gentle and managed my anxiety in such an understanding manner whilst informing me of exactly what I needed to know. There were three nurses working alongside him and I would like to say a big thank you to all of them and Mr Cartmill - a great team.

my wife had operation booked on 02/02/2016 the doctors list of patients from 9 am till 6 pm is split into two parts AM list and a PM list. AM list arrive at 8 am no food from 2 am operation session from 9 am - 12:30 pm PM list arrive at 1 pm no food from 7 am operation session from 1:30 pm - 5 pm she was told to arrive 8 am time now at writing this 2:47pm when we ask why not seen yet by matron told she is on list 9 am till 6pm said that is the doctors list for the day she is getting stressed and has had no food for over 15 hrs + now. The matron just repeats she is on the list for today if she was not going to be seen she could of been on pm list and gone to hospital and 1 pm instead of am list 8 am. The matron actually tried to blame the hospital admin saying it was an error the doctor also knows hist list is split into 2 or all patients would be there at 8 am and none at 1 pm. can get know one senior to speak to so if you have this doctor I am not sure if the doctor who I am sure is very clever actually knows and matron does not know. DONT HAVE THIS DOC as you get know info and messed around fully

I thought the whole referral from GP to the Post Menopausal Bleeding Clinic went extremely smoothly.I did not have to wait very long for my ultrasound scans in area F of the Treatment Centre. The staff were very pleasant from Reception to the Doctorand Nurse in the ultrasound room who put me at ease. I was then told to go to Area E for the Women's Clinic. My appointment was at 9 am and I was seen by Mr Cartmill at 9.20 am. He was very pleasant and so were his team of nurses. After the procedure I was asked how I felt by the nurses and offered a drink. I did take up their kind offer of a drink and rested well before leaving the Treatment Centre. All in all I thought the 'one-stop' service proved to be very well organised professionally and personally. I would certainly recommend this service to family and friends.
