The ambiance at the Glenfield Hospital is excellent and the staff cheerful, cooperative, empathic and professional. My only reservation was an unreadiness to accept that my arm would not easily assume the position that the doctor was requiring for the angiogram. Had I been allowed to move my position a little it would have gone more smoothly. Overall a good experience.
