The staff in pre-op, ICU and the ward were all excellent. The room in the ward was crowded and hot, and the bed was initially very uncomfortable until someone kindly adjusted it for me. There were no keys for the secure cupboard by the bed, so I was worried about my valuables. Sleep and rest were difficult. I felt the food was disappointing, but I didn't have much of an appetite so it didn't matter too much.
