It was sad I had to wait 6 hours in A and E, especially as it was a Saturday lunch time, which I thought would be quiet. No ones fault at the hospital - government choice! I was told I would have a CT scan later on Saturday, then told it was closed, then told at 9.00 pm it was available. Everyone was nice but felt more overall coordination would have been an improvement. I know I was seen as too old for appendicitis, (69) but felt the pain should have confirmed and yes, a CT scan was the proof, but should have been carried out hours earlier. Everything else was brilliant.
