All staff friendly and introduced themselves, very accommodating and helpful. Staff under pressure as very busy with many patients. Something longer wait for pain killers than shown have been - due to staff pressure. Good choice of menus. Very clean. Very well cared for when unwell first night after operation. Lack of guidance from physios so far but unwell first couple of days.

Care generally was very but my first night, which was very traumatic, when asked for help was very poor, the duty nurses just didn't respond to help me. I was sat most of the night on the toilet.

Staff are lovely as per usual. Polite, very helpful. Communication between doctors/consultants and nurses needs working on.

The care was brilliant, could not say a bad thing about the staff or the cleanliness. All the staff are very welcoming and kind and caring. Double checked if I was well or needed any help and etc. So staff have been 100% and very professional. I would like to say thank you to all the staff that cared for me.

All staff took their time explain all details from surgery to nursing. Hostesses were very cheery and most obliging. Can't think of anything that needs improving.

Everything from consultant from Middlesbrough, the anaesthetists and ward staff could not be kinder or more helpful.
