My very big complaint is "parking facilities", there are not enough of them for such huge hospital, specially when it is so spread out. It is important for patients to know which Gate they should enter the hospital and signs should be more promenent and more of them. Last week we spent 15 minutes trying to find "the main hospital building"! We asked several people and non of them knew exactly where it was. What about seting up a minibus service within the hospital grounds so that people could get on and off at their convenience. Sometimes patients cannot walk reasonably large distances and it would be very helpful for them to be taken straight to the right department. My opinion is that a big car park should be provided in the large fields next to the hospital from where the minibus mentioned above could be taken by patients. I dare not to think of the number of hours wasted by patients and hospital staff looking for a place to park your car. And le's face it, the local tansport to the hospital is practically non existance!I
