As an international student who has already paid a big sum of money as health surcharge while applying for a visa, I have been refused treatment just because the registration takes 2 days. There is no ethic in this hospital. I've been ill since 5 days, but just because of a registration which takes 2 days. Am really disappointed and I tend to take this matter in front of a higher authority in due time because its inacceptable that a patient is refused treatment just because the registration has not yet been approved and it takes 2 days. This is the first time ever that I am seeing a hospital refusing treatment and going against the basic ethical policy of doctors that is to never refuse treatment to a patient.
