It was overall a good experience. The receptionists could have friendlier and more helpful - They didn’t really seem interested when I arrived.

Times being kept too and reducing waiting times Friendlier and more helpful receptionists, that appear to interested in their role and the patients

The lady I saw knew why I was there, not the reason that I appeared to be there. Her 1st words to me were an apology for the wait!!!! I wanted to apologise for the lady having to work over the Christmas period. Immediately she knew how to treat my symptoms and as services are limited over festive periods, the lady directed me to an open pharmacy. Thank you to all the staff for working over the festive period.
