Great care and treatment, Fleetwood walk in centre is footsteps class, second to none. I received first class care from start to finish from absolutely fantastic staff, from reception staff to nurses and doctors.A first class medical centre, I couldn’t ask for better. 100% for our NHS

The two ladies that helped me were lovely and polite. I’ve had a terrible day and just them being kind was enough to cheer me up. I believe one of their names was Jules I’m not sure of the other woman’s name. It just restores your faith in humanity, knowing there are still some decent people out there. Thank you ☺️

The centre was really busy, but I was really pleased to be dealt with in around 2 hours. When I saw a professional I did not feel rushed and was dealt with empathy.

Maybe a board to let patients know how much longer they may have to wait to see a doctor or professional
