I was very anxious when I was being admitted, however, at every point during my journey I was treated by knowledgable, kind and caring staff. I was looked after with dignity and respect, nothing was too much trouble. I left the hospital feeling very proud that I had been coached through what I perceved to be a painful procedure when in fact there was nothing painful about it and I think this is due to the expertise of the consultant who strives to deliver a good experience for his patient and the caring compasionate team who work there.

I’ve been to this facility on a number of occasions, most recently last week. The staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient. A breath of fresh air after my mixed experience with my GP centre, particularly on the communication side.
