I had cosmetic surgery at the Fitzwilliam the nursing staff were amazing, they were so friendly and approachable and extremely attentive. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and was constantly checked on to make sure I was comfortable and informed on whats happening at all times.
My only criticism was the delay in being to obtain the written copy of the formal quotation, I had to chase a few times to get copies of it because I agreed to proceed based on verbal costings I had already undergone the pre-assessment before the quotation was received.
