Staff on the medical side were great, hospital was clean and staff were caring and friendly (even during COVID). Can’t fault my stay, the nurses or the surgical team, fantastic service.
The experience I had leading up to my appointment with the admin side was a complete disaster. Considering I was paying the full amount out of pocket, when you make loads of mistakes sorry doesn’t cut it. Was just grateful they didn’t perform the operation, I’d have probably come out with an amputation instead of gastric surgery.
