I saw Clive Moss with regards to TMD problems,, after chatting with him we discussed options. He was unable to provide any treatment to help other than suggestions for medication. We then discussed Botox and he immediately perked up and became very helpful. He gave me a price and a time to come back for the injection. When i came back for the injection he did not consult with me how much he was putting in or discuss the best amount of Dysport that would help, instead he injected a large amount into my face and told me there would be no side effects or any precautions i needed to take. I have since found out after speaking to another specialist that Mr Moss had put a large amount into my face and that was why i was unable to chew food properly. I have experienced a worsening of my TMD symptoms since the injections and i am now 5 mths post injections. My physio tells me the muscles are still paralysed 5 mths on! Worse thing i ever did, only hope my face goes back to normal. I did contact Mr Moss with my concerns and he blamed the tightness and lack of movement on Anxiety! At no time did Mr Moss schedule a follow up appointment to see how the procedure had gone. Do not let let this consultant come anywhere near you with a needle!
