I've only been to this hospital 3 times and its one of the best organized ones ive been to
the staff are polite and friendly as well as very professional.
I highly recommend this hospital

Nursing staff were amazing and had a lot of respect for my surgeon Mr Clifton.

The only improvements are both related to Covid
1. To limit the people in the waiting room
2. The entry process seems to have been watered down. On my first visit my temperature was taken and the process seemed stricter. Everything now relies on people being honest in their response to questions.

Thank you for leaving your feedback, and we appreciate your comments. We do question patients on Covid upon arrival at the hospital and have a strict policy around visitor access to reduce the risk of Covid into the hospital. With regards to temperature checking, it would depend on the Tier that we are in, we are once again temperature checking patients as we are now in Tier 4. We are doing everything we can to ensure our patients are safe but you are correct that there is a small risk that patients may not always be honest. Rest assured that all patients are Covid tested if they are attending for surgery. Best wishes.

Nurses, care assistants, doctors, kitchen staff etc, are all brilliant at this hospital. Felt really comfortable with everyone I met.
Only downfall but this might be just due to circumstances of covid but I wasn’t informed of payment method or day of op till last minute.
Either way it was all sorted in time.
Great care and they all really listen to you.

Such friendly, caring and attentive staff. Made the whole experience that much easier. I feel very lucky. Also everywhere was noticeably spotlessly clean.
