So far this has proved to be a very satisfactory process.
Good check in procedure. Nice room. Professional, ,caring and totally helpful staff.
The hospital is very clean well looked after.
The food is good too, and I’m trying get them to keep in here longer, about a month should do.

Simply superb care both before and after my operation. Nothing is too much trouble for the doctor and nursing team on the ward , they are so attentive and show real empathy , especially around the pain I was suffering post operation . The team ( Surgeons / Anaesthetists / Doctors / Nurses / X-ray specialist / Porters ) have truly been the very best on every aspect of care needed around my operation and they do this with a real sense of humour and a constant smile on their faces !

I have stayed as nhs patient twice at Fitzwilliam both times I had 2 nights stay postoperative care.. I cannot fault anyone who I came into contact with. The staff no matter their level of expertise gel well together and work as a team.. Extremely friendly, courteous and understanding especially when your in a lot of pain..
To add to this the food is exceptionally delicious, no exaggeration, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and good size portions..
the Hospital presents clean and tidy almost like staying in a Hotel.

I received excellent care at the Fitzwilliam hospital and would highly recommend it. All the staff were polite, professional and extremely kind throughout my whole stay.

Nice facility and easy to access.
The staff on reception, of whom I dealt with two, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. There's a nice atmosphere, the waiting area is bright and comfortable and I can see why it is rated so highly. Excellent!

Nice clean comfortable room, caring staff not just nursing but the catering staff were very helpful.
