Everyone that I came in contact with showed great professionalism and care. The care that I received was superb. The skill of everyone was great my room was clean and comfortable, and the porridge the best I have ever tasted.

You are always cared and looked after we'll at the Fitzwilliam, the only downside is the lack of parking

I cannot fault the care and attention I received from the admin staff to the nursing staff to the catering staff. Everyone made me feel welcome and showed that they wanted me to have the best possible experience during my stay .

Very Disappointed with the person doing my ultrasound scan very unsociable and got up and left without any indication as to when my results would be done, and when i rang to ask about the results i was told the secretary would call me back but didnt so I still dont have results from last week

boston west is a very nice place to attend the staff are lovely and dedicated they really care about the wellbeing of their patients they are a credit to their proffesion

I write to highly recommend the Fitzwilliam Hospital, the treatment I received was first class in all areas. My surgeon Mr Emyr Chowdhury was approachable, friendly and filled me with confidence that he could improve the quality of my life and get me once again enjoying the physical activities that I love so much. Following my surgery he visited me every day until my discharge. He gave me the confidence to work through my physio and the end result has been amazing. Two new hips, back in the gym and, after my follow-up appointment, back on my road bike and waiting to ski again next year. Thank you for an amazing outcome Mr Chowdhury.
