The hospital and daycare ward was very clean and the staff nurses was very helpful and pleasant, the operation was very quick , the surgery only a little painful but the swelling still taking it’s time to go down

I cannot praise the staff enough from beginning to end I had an excellent experience the admin staff had a professional yet friendly approach when dealing with me and the nurse’s made me feel safe and welcome.
I would be happy to recommend the Fitzwilliam hospital to anyone

Most of the staff was really friendly and caring.There was a couple of nurses who I really don't think was very friendly and caring. Hospital was very clean. It was very noisy at night time but I guess that can not be helped.
