Surgeons fantastic and timely. Nurses on the whole caring and attentive. The anaesthetists in particular were really kind and made me feel a lot less anxious. Hospital was clean and when I pressed the buzzer I was attended to immediately.

The hospital was sickening. Didn’t know how to care for my nan. Left tablets everywhere, with the medical draw open. Didn’t give medication she should of had 5 hours ago. Left her to not be able to breathe for god knows how long, lucky my auntie caught her struggling. She went in with severe dihorea and ulcers in the mouth, she caught 3 diseases in the hospital and died 3 weeks later on a life support machine with multi organ failure. Disgusting.

I attended Kingsfold Dept. following an emergency appt. arranged by my GP. On arrival I was given every conceivable test to discover what was and supplied with the medication necessary, also a follow up appt. was arranged. I received excellent service throughout from everyone of Dr. Choudhury's team. The care and consideration from all could not be better.

I have lived in the area for most of my life. I've had two cesarians, 2 children with febrile convulsions and a few other trips with my family. I also care for my parents and they have needed a good deal of care and some admissions. Appointments are always quick. Everything is explained very well. Even in January 2017 when the hospital was in crisis my parents received great care. The hospital is clean and easy to find your way around. All the staff are focused and attentive. There is an issue with understanding the accents of quite a few staff but to be honest, without our foreign staff we would be nothing. I am a great supporter of East Surrey College. Recently I was cared for when I had breast cancer and had my surgery here under Miss Waheed who was fantastic. I hope to be able to offer support at the McMillan Centre as I am a psychotherapist. Great job. Well done.

I found signs to the exit were not clear and I got lost finding the way out. As someone who has difficulty walking I found this a bit stressful

I was operated for my sinus problem by Dr N Choudhury. Not only was it very successful but very professiionally performed. There was minimal bleeding. I was seen a month later and was very diligently assessed by Dr Choudhury. Thank you very much. Long live NHS!!

24 feb 2018. I am a staff member. mr monkhouse operated on my diabetic abbccess/cyst. I was very nervus about my procedure,and mr monkhouse team really reassured, me and sr nikki held my hand the whole time during the procedure. mr monkhouse is a wonderful surgeon,and also has a wonderful team.i cannot thank him enough.i feel like a new woman. simon thank you very very much.
