I had a stapedectomy here on my right ear and was treated very well at every step of the process, even when I was very late for a pre-surgery appointment! Thank a lot

Amazing care given to my brother, first In ACU then in HDU & ICU. I would like to thank all the doctors & nurses for their attention to a very sick man, without them he would never have come home.

Every staff member I've met is kind, caring and does an amazing job. A truely outstanding hospital. Their one challenge is that some of the facilities (buildings etc) are getting old and this can make it difficult to provide the best patient environment. The staff really do everything in their power to overcome this challenge.

When I stayed in this hospital overnight I found everyone to be so friendly and so helpful. I'd never stayed overnight in hospital before, but they made me feel reassured and safe.

Today I had a blood test at East Surrey Hospital. The Phlebotomists are very pleasant, considerate and extremely good with my difficult veins ! I also had an x-ray. The radiography department was very well organised and professional. In particular, the lady Receptionist was truly a credit to the hospital...whilst being helpful, courteous and kind, she dealt with many patients while I was waiting and asked personal details with suitable discretion. Altogether, my time spent there today , was a pleasure. THANKYOU

Surgeons fantastic and timely.
Nurses on the whole caring and attentive.
The anaesthetists in particular were really kind and made me feel a lot less anxious.
Hospital was clean and when I pressed the buzzer I was attended to immediately.
