Having recently received treatment/operation at Beverley community hospital for a condition I’d been suffering from for the last few years. I would like to put it on record that under the excellent care of Dr Raad El Jassar and his wonderful team who throughout gave me full information on the procedure and explained/answered all questions I asked. The treatment before, during and after my operation was nothing short of exceptional. I don’t say this lightly and wouldn’t normally leave a review but felt that with the exceptional care I received I wanted others to know. I just would like to say thanks again to all at Beverley community hospital for the care I received. Warwick Robertson

I was seen by Mr spink personally so was very pleased to be able to thank him in person and see the wonderful work he had performed on me. All the other staff in the hospital that I was seen by were extremely caring. Thank you one and all.

All very good, change nothing from reception to seeing Mr spink . Mr spink showed me my MRI scan and showed me where my problem was, he explained in language I could understand and listened to my questions I asked. The examination was detailed and he informed me of the results, seeing Mr spink again in July although I haven't yet had that appointment.

The receptionists were awful. We were directed by 111 to go with my 3 year old that had fever and abdominal pain for 24 hours. When we walked in there was no acknowledgement for about 30 seconds. Then a dull "can I help?". When I explained the reason I was shot down with "this isn't a walk in you know". Well, I said we'd been told to come. She said "I also have to tell you that this is not your catchment area. I'll have to book you in anyway. Just wait there. I just felt like an alien from the word go. I had been up all night with my son. Then a icy receptionist when all you want is help for your child. Especially when directed by 111. Awful, no smiles. I'm still in the waiting room. Seen nurses for his stats. They were kind. Will see how we get on. So far it's disgusting. Where have human feelings gone??

I attended the radiology dept today for an ultrasound scan. The radiologist was extremely kind and caring and professional, she did all she could to put me at ease and allay my fears.

Excellent care from reception staff, nurses to the porters. As a monthly patient at the Pain Clinic I’m very familiar with this hospital and the care is always exceptional

Arrived with a sore wrist.the receptionist was great. Was seen promptly and caringly and not ruShed. Went straight through to X ray where I was looked after well. Saw the nurse again and given an appointment at the fracture clinic in HRI. All done within the hour. Thank you to everyone. .

On Thursday 7 June my wife fell and injured her wrist at 9.00pm. We went to the Minor Injuries Unit at Beverley, Swinemoor Lane. My wife was attended to efficiently and swiftly and had a temporary splint arrangement applied and advised to return to the unit for an x-ray. We attended on Saturday morning at 9.00am and were shown through to the x-ray dept. This unit opens at 9.30am, so short wait. After x-ray my wife was seen swiftly by Dean the Practitioner, who allowed myself in on the consultation to explain the injuries. We were then shown across the corridor to Amanda who was equally friendly and efficient, applying a temporary cast to my wife's arm and giving good information about the practical aspects. It was also arranged for us to attend Hull Royal Infirmary for the fracture clinic. All in all a very positive experience, dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner particularly by Dean and Amanda. The only suggestion I could make to improve the system would be to coordinate the opening time of the unit with the opening time of the x-ray dept. Full marks !

Sent to this hospital following repeated flu type symptoms after phoning the NHS helpline on a Saturday 20th January 2018. Phoned back by a doctor at the hospital within an hour and having described my symptoms was asked to attend immediately. On arrival I was seen within 5 mins by this doctor who checked my heart, lungs, oxygen levels and temperature before issuing a prescription. She was kind, thorough, informative and quick. 10/10 doctor - thank you
