The unit was clear, the staff were lovely, the nurses were very good at putting me at ease and really kind as I was very very anxious about the procedure./nI am really grateful to all the staff for their kindness.
Suggested improvements
Nothing at all, I was really impressed with everything from all the call to book me in right through to the point of discharge I was treated with respect, dignity and kindness throughout.
