Timing needs to be improved. Asking patient (88 yrs) to drink 1.5 pts of water for 11.40 appointment and then not to be seen till 1 am and only after complaining, is not good!

Explained well. Had an hours wait as came 15 mins early as stated. But with that on the end of an hour, waited 1-15 mins (this can't always be helped).
If a person expresses pain, please don't make the patient feel they should just be quiet. It made me feel guilty. (I have a high pain threshold too).
