I am very disappointed with of empathy from one of the doctors. Was hesitating or being sedated, so wanted more clarity. The doctor acted impatient was quite rude. Kept pacing around and rushing into starting the procedure.

Suggested improvements
He left the room, then came back pointing fingers at me, raising his voice and telling me that he knows women like me. I requested another doctor to do the procedure, The first doctor was still present in the room. He kept shouting across the room that I should relax. The procedure was very traumatic as I got very bad reflex. I ended up in a complete to distress, crying and in pain. The same person who kept me upset all the way, came back giving me a lecture on how to deal with it next time. Awful experience!
