My stay at the Duchy Hospital from the 12th - 15 th of March to have my left hip replaced was excellent. The Consultant Mr Williams was brilliant, and also the Anethetist Mr Fish , was very re-assuring about how the procedure would be done.
All the Nursing staff were kind and helpful. The Physiotherapists were great in getting me up and moving around the day after the operation, and preparing me for going home. The Hospital was very clean, and the food very good. In conclusion all the staff made my stay as pain free as possible. Many thanks.

The episode that I experienced was very unpleasant, but the attention I was given from the offset was quite reassuring.

Efficient pleasant nursing staff, who did all they could to make me comfortable and control pain. Excellent food and delightful domestic staff.

Really helpful, friendly staff from the moment you walk through the door at the Reception and throughout my consultation.
Did not need x-ray today because of my feedback survey done online. Therefore seen quickly and reassured as to my current status.

very impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital.
The hospital staff,nurses and physiotherapists were all very kind and helpful.Their gentleness really impressed me
The surgeon and anaesthetist were clear in what they were telling me,and really understanding re.my anxiety.
My follow up appointment was very straightforward,and the consultant spoke to me in terms I could readily understand
I dont believe they could have improved on anything
