Jamie was very thorough, professional and encouraging and the physio has really helped me as it was a tremendous shock when I broke my elbow.

The staff and treatment are great, however they could really do with some new equipment as they have to make do with old or broken items at present. Overall this is a brilliant service and I have really appreciated the help and care I've received.

Jamie was very friendly and supportive. He explained the exercises I needed to do, and why they would benefit me. He even filmed me doing the exercises on my phone, so I could look back later and make sure I was doing them correctly. I found it really easy to do the exercises, and when I went for my follow-up appointment, Jamie was able to spot really quickly the difference the exercises had made (me too!) That was really motivating.

Graham was very good at warming us up. He always tried to give some individual attention to each patient. I very much enjoyed the sessions.

I learned how exercise can help joint problems so I will continue to exercise regularly. I can now bend down to pick something up without holding on to anything to get back up. Thanks for this great service.

Today I visited CSH physio at Dorking. Ben my physio was absolutely amazing. The most hands on and proactive physio session I have had here. Thank you so much Ben.
