Excellent, can’t fault the service. I arrived early because I wasn’t sure where to go. Did find it eventually. Great staff. I was seen and out before my appointment time. Excellent service
All very professional calm and efficient.
I would like to acknowledge the staff In theatre, especially Emma and Dr David Gray (anaesthetist)
It was very difficult for me yesterday as cannulation proves a challenge, both Emma and David were amazing, patient, reassuring and did their best to support me.
I would like to thank them for this and their hands to squeeze.
Arrived at 5pm spoke to a doctor at 6pm and was advised they would give me some tablets . 8:15 was called in by another doctor to go over the exact same questions I answered with the first doctor . Again was told they would organise tablets . Male nurse kept saying I will get them for you in a minute (3 )times I was told this by the same male nurse . 9:45pm still waiting and decided I could wait no more and left the dept. Very poor does anyone talk to each other or read notes ?
The nurse who saw me didn’t know what to do with me didn’t take my blood pressure or temperature. Said because it’s an old condition that’s got worse nothing they can do was sent back to wait in a&e whilst I was in agony and can not walk. The nurse went off shift so think she wanted to get me gone before handover for her to go home. I sat and waited 3 hours to be called in for my bp taken which never happened I left a&e after waiting for hours to be seen and for help to get nothing.when countless people were arriving and being seen the waiting area even became empty. Was a waste of time and I’m still in agony and can’t walk. I was advised to go a&e for what?!?!?
Very efficient staff pleasant
I will be making a formal complaint
He was giving attention to detail and seemed interested in what he was doing
There was a student who greeted me in the waiting room and did my initial assessment. For the life of me I cannot remember her name but she was so polite and friendly she really put me at ease especially since I don't like hospitals. She was making sure to check her notes and take a minute to ensure she was asking and doing the right things rather than just winging it and that fills me with great confidence with my care.
A very professional and polite person, good advice given shown the exercises which I can do myself giving me peace of mind for what I have got.
