There was a student who greeted me in the waiting room and did my initial assessment. For the life of me I cannot remember her name but she was so polite and friendly she really put me at ease especially since I don't like hospitals. She was making sure to check her notes and take a minute to ensure she was asking and doing the right things rather than just winging it and that fills me with great confidence with my care.
A very professional and polite person, good advice given shown the exercises which I can do myself giving me peace of mind for what I have got.
Seen on time, first class treatment from David
Prompt professional service with a helpful member of staff
Very informative and felt at ease
I was well treated with care and compassion.
Lovely staff both the Doctors, Nurses and consultant.
Thank you all very much.
A gp referred me for possible injections to stop my leg spasms at night. According to his notes it didn't say anything about the leg spasms just back and leg pain. The only reason I went was to get help with the leg spasms. Because i take medication for pain. Also the scan pic was not good he said so needs doing again. Then we can go to next stage. Surely someone could have told me about scan pic not being good rather than travelling 40 mile round trip. Overall not happy
Second visit within the week for the same head/neck injury. The first visit we waited 7 hours to actually be seen for approximately 3 mins! No scan offered (head and neck injury)??
2nd visit we saw Bernice in urgent care who was fantastic and very thorough and immediately said she would like my daughter to have a CT scan on her head and neck
Professional service from Alexis
Very friendly and helpful
