they could have given better explanation as to why i was waiting for so long. at one point i had 3 hours waiting with no feedback until i asked directly.

The care given from triage, central delivery suite and theatres was absolutely outstanding every person we came into contact with on our journey could not do enough to help us and make it a comfortable journey we are grateful for every person who helped bring our baby boy into the world safely.

M2 needs improvement in care the midwives on there could not be bothered, was not told why we had to stay in or why our baby was being monitored, took them a day to give me an infusion after losing 1.2L of blood, left for hours when I asked for pain meds, not very informative from midwives, only spoke to a dr once and when discharged wasn’t discharged with the full medication needed so after 2 weeks and visit to my GP had to go back to ward for the iron tablets they was suppose to discharge me with, very disappointing in the care received I work at the hospital myself and understand it’s very busy and pressures are high but I would never have just left my patients so in the dark.

Never bern to A& E service quick only sat down and they soryed me out made me relax the staff r amazing nothing to much for them helpful 100% cant fault Doncaster A& E

You could do with ticket so nobody can jump the line apart from that nothing

I was slightly nervous about giving birth at DRI due to hearing a few stories from other mums who didn’t have the best experience. However I have to say our own personal experience far meet our expectations and found it to be very positive. Every member of staff we came across, from the cleaners up to the midwife’s and senior consultants were friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much hassle at any point and the care was second to non. A special mention to Adel and Nina for being so great with us as midwifes and for all there support.

Ward facility’s could do with a revamp and Aircon would be the only recommendation for the ward. It was extremely hot in there which made it very comfortable at times. Also better options for the Dads when it comes to staying over for the night. The chairs which reclined and had a pull out footstool where fantastic and I think they should be available next to every bed.

I was never seen by nurses and when pressing button fir attention theynwould walk past past ignoring me unless someone important appeared onto the ward they would then suddenlt start running sbiut doinf things, most of my medication wasn't given I always had time them multiple times for pain relief.

More interactions with patients, more up to date information provided on what's happening.

Went for an assessment and was very good, courteous and obviously gave observations which has led to an MRI.

Parking but that is to be expected.

The staff were excellent, they explained everything and helped me through the procedure, which I was very anxious about.

Allowed my husband to remain in the waiting room.
