Friendly chap welcomed me at the reception on arrival. Although I was early for the appointment I was dealt with straight away - no waiting. The nurses were very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly. Was met by Mr Sampath Kumar who escorted me to the procedure room. Nice nurses there too who looked after me very well. In recovery I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

I was called through almost immediately. All procedures were explained to me by the anaesthetist and my consultant. The nurses and healthcare assistants were friendly, calming and helpful despite them being very busy. What potentially could have been a very anxious day for me wasn’t at all which was due to the care I received. Thank you so much.
