On initial admission staff were faultless, interactive, reactive and acted with professional conduct. I was very impressed as I am a retired nurse.
However after a change of staff the hca allocated to "care" for me was arrogant, full of over self importance (she appeared to be showing a new recruit the ropes). There was absolutely no.interaction. bedside manner rude, clinical procedure skills rushed and poor at best. I.was thankful to.be moved to a different ward!
From then on care was good, staff professional and caring.
Shame about the hca as otherwise impressive service.
