I think it would be a good idea to advise new patients that it can take up to 45 minutes to park.

I had my scan done by Dr. Mossen El- Sayed .I was nervous before scan .But he made me very comfortable. He explained throughout process in Depth.He allow my husband next to me so we both can see result .And Nurse was so nice and coparative as well. And Place was hygienic and Clean.

I had my baby here by planned c section, I was under consultant Mr Sampat who took lead of my care the whole way through my pregnancy, I was high risk due to loosing my baby 2 years previous Mr Sampat was also my consultant through that too. I couldn't fault him or the rest of the staff. They made my pregnancy feel safe and well monitored until I had my baby and that was just the most calming theatre I could have been in all of the staff in there were amazing

The hospital is huge and generally tidy. It is always very busy. Overall friendly staff and good facilities.

Appointments should be sent out with a map to show where the patient needs to go within the hospital and relationship to car parks and a preferred route ho take within the hospital.
Your volunteers in the hospital were extremely helpful but had not realised that they would be there. Just making things clearer in advance would decrease anxiety. Also a warning that there may be a delay, waiting to get into the car park and that oeople driving should add time say 30 mins to their journey so they can get in with less stress.
I would suggest you get advice about what is needed from someone new to your hospital about what information is needed.
