I recently had a HyCoSy procedure under the care of Mr. Mohsen El-Sayed and Nurse Malika, and I want to express my deepest gratitude for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and support. Mr. El-Sayed explained everything clearly and made me feel calm and informed before, during, and after the procedure. He referred us for IVF, he did so with honesty, empathy, and clarity — which helped me feel supported rather than overwhelmed. Nurse Malika was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the entire experience. Her warm and gentle manner truly made a difference during what can be an emotional process. I’m so thankful to both of them for their compassion and care. It means a great deal when medical professionals treat you not just as a patient, but as a person. I would absolutely recommend Mr. El-Sayed and his team to anyone going through fertility investigations or treatment. Thank you again for everything.
