-Need more gender boxes on this form, or blank space gender.
-Dr referred to trans men and normal men instead of cis men.
-Generally good, only minor point for improvement.

Good:
Made a later appointment at short notice when I had difficulty getting here for my first appointment.
Bad:
My main doctor spoke down to me. Would not answer basic questions about the pathway, my medication, diagnosis etc. Every single appointment in the last three years has been cancelled and rescheduled for months later. In all the care I received here affected my mental state so badly that I very nearly took my own life.
