They listened to everyone's opinion. Very professional and knowledgeable. Services could be improved if they start liaising with GP and educate them regarding guidelines and pathways about transgender/gender.

Linda (Cox) has been very supportive since the first contact was made.
She listens to individual needs and has helped us access appropriate medical care and is also knowledgeable about social care.
