I have received very good personal care and attention from all staff members and any medical needs (Eg cellulitis) I have mentioned have received immediate attention.

Because of the staff are very helpful and kind and do their best to see that you are happy and have all we need.
Suggested improvements
More tea, coffee, would be nice, when the staff are not run of their feet, or you need to have more staff all together (please).

Been here (Danetre) a couple of times- every time the care etc has been faultless! The food is brilliant.

Re: the food- absolutely tasty, could do with see on of the puddings, specially the jam sponge and custard!!!

Generally a supportive and caring environment nursing of a high quality.
Suggested improvements
I found the quality of nursing was not so good at night, some staff were officious and abrupt. Communication between different disciplines breaks down something.
