Very positive, helpful experience with tailored exercises properly based on assessment. Great personal approach and able to discuss progress at each session.
Initial assessment hands on particularly important as helped assessment and my confidence in it.
Zoom sessions as condition improved were fine.
If possible send out link to virtual meeting earlier so resolves slow computer issues setting up/meeting going into junk mail and not being found quickly.
